开创者国际赛鸽俱乐部12日下午发出一条公告，接手比利时精英公棚，中国的赛鸽事业日益走上国际舞台。

尊敬的鸽友朋友：
    从2018年1月1日起，比利时精英公棚的经营权将移交于中国开创者国际赛鸽俱乐部。目前，开创者国际赛鸽俱乐部正在办理比利时精英公棚的各种移交手续。因跨国企业申办移交手续繁琐，审核周期需要6个月以上，因此，2018年比利时精英公棚的比赛将停止收鸽一年，2019年的收鸽将另行通知。由此造成的不便敬请广大鸽友谅解！

Announcement : China Pioneer International Racing Pigeon Club takes over and will continue the Belgian Master pigeon race in Belgium. 


Dearest pigeon fanciers：  

    Currently China Pioneer International Pigeon Racing is handling the last formalities for the handover of the Belgian Master pigeon race. On January 1st,2018, China Pioneer International Pigeon Racing Club will become the new owner and organizer of the Belgian Master pigeon race.  
   However, due to the complicated nature and the tedious work needed for the handover between international companies, it will have taken over 6 months to complete the handover. Therefore, the Belgian Master pigeon race will not be held in 2018, but will continue in 2019. Further details on pigeon collections for 2019 will be announced separately.

    Our apologies for any inconveniences caused to all pigeon fanciers!
